Little Potomac Ranch is the homeplace of our project from where we hope to make the world a kind, nourishing place to live. We aspire to acquire land in Virginia or North Carolina by summer 2019.

We started by asking ourselves: How much of our goods, products and materials come from ethical sources? What trees are cut to provide our toilet paper? How is the ink in our pens or printers produced? What's in our personal care products? By what methods is our food grown? We asked, how do our habits affect others? Do we have a "do no harm" lifestyle?
It was tough admitting that almost everything we consumed involved unfair, unethical or outright harmful treatment of the land, of children (child labor), of animals and one another.
